ADVANCED TREATMENTS

Targeted. Tailored. Transformative.

SKIN BOOSTERS

What are Skin Boosters?

Skin boosters are designed to improve your skin quality from within. They deeply hydrate the skin, improve texture and help your skin look fresher, smoother and more radiant.

At Dermalase, we use different types of skin boosters depending on your skin and what it needs, because no two skins are the same, and your treatment shouldn't be either.

Seventy Hyal

Best for: Dehydration, dull skin and early fine lines Typically suited to: Mid 20s to late 30s

Seventy Hyal is a hyaluronic acid skin booster that focuses on intense hydration. It helps to plump the skin, smooth early lines and restore glow. This is ideal if your skin feels dry, tight or is starting to lose its brightness.

Vitaran (Polynucleotides)

Best for: Under eye concerns, thin skin, fine lines and skin repair

Typically suited to: Late 20s to 40s+

Vitaran works by repairing and strengthening the skin at a deeper level. It stimulates collagen and improves skin quality, making it especially effective for delicate areas like under the eyes or skin that is starting to age.

Profhilo

Best for: Loss of firmness, skin laxity and ageing skin

Typically suited to: 30s to 50s+

Profhilo spreads within the skin to deeply hydrate and improve firmness. It helps to tighten, smooth and restore a more youthful look, without adding volume.

Treatment Plan & Timing

Most skin boosters are carried out as a course of 2 to 3 treatments, spaced around 4 weeks apart. Maintenance treatments are recommended every 6 to 12 months depending on your skin.

Not sure which one you need? That's completely normal. We'll assess your skin and choose the right option for you at your consultation.

Looking for a full plan that combines your skin booster with other targeted treatments? The Ultimate Skin Package includes Seventy Hyal as part of a structured monthly rotation designed for long-term results.

MESOTHERAPY

What is Mesotherapy?

Mesotherapy is a treatment that delivers active ingredients directly into the skin to target specific concerns such as acne, pigmentation, ageing and dehydration.

At Dermalase, we use the Derma 2.0 range, which allows us to fully tailor your treatment based on your skin. This means you are getting exactly what your skin needs, rather than a one size fits all approach.

These treatments contain vitamins, peptides and regenerative ingredients that help improve skin health, strengthen the skin barrier and support long-term results.

Mesotherapy can also be combined with microneedling to boost results and allow the skin to absorb the ingredients more effectively.

Best for: Acne, pigmentation, ageing, dehydration and overall skin health

Suitable for: All ages depending on concern

UNDER EYE TREATMENTS

Tired of Looking Tired?

The under eye area is delicate and often one of the first places to show signs of tiredness, ageing and dehydration. The good news? We have two advanced treatment options that can make a real difference, and we'll help you figure out which one is right for you.

Polynucleotides — Vitaran

Best for: Fine lines, crepey skin and thin under eye skin Typically suited to: Late 20s to 40s+

This treatment works by repairing and strengthening the skin. It helps to improve texture, soften lines and rebuild the skin where it has become weaker. If your main concern is fine lines or the skin feeling thin or crepey, this is usually the best option.

Exosome Treatments

Best for: Dark circles, tired looking eyes and overall skin quality

Typically suited to: Late 20s onwards

Exosomes work by regenerating the skin and improving how it functions. This helps to brighten the under eye area, improve skin quality and reduce signs of fatigue. If your main concern is dark circles or looking tired, this is often the more suitable option.

Treatment Plan & Timing

Polynucleotides are usually carried out as a course of 2 to 3 treatments, spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart. Exosome treatments are typically recommended as a course of 3 to 6 treatments, spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart.

Not sure which treatment is right for you? We'll assess your under eye area and choose the best option for you at your consultation.

Exosome under eye treatments are included in our Ultimate Skin Package — a monthly membership that combines your most effective treatments into one structured, results-driven plan.
